Shipping + Orders

Shipping: We currently ship to the lower 48 states. All fresh flower orders are required to have overnight shipping in order to ensure the most optimal freshness. Westfield Flower Co. uses UPS for overnight orders, but may also partner with FedEx or USPS to accommodate holiday pickup times, better rates or business convenience. Optimal shipping date is two (2) days prior to events. We all know that packages sometimes run late and want to ensure you flowers are delivered on time

Delivery:  Westfield Flower Co. currently offers local deliveries, up to 100 miles. 

• Local Delivery | Up to 25 miles: $50 minimum order, $10 fee. Delivers locally around Westfield and as far as Wellsboro.
• Local Delivery Plus: 25-50 miles: $100 minimum order, $25 fee. Delivers to Mansfield, Corning, Bath, and Coudersport areas.
• Regional Delivery: 50-100 miles: $500 minimum order, $75 fee. Delivers to Finger Lakes, Rochester, and Williamsport regions.

Pickup: Please select pick up date and time during the check out process. Limited time slots are available.

Order Questions / Concerns

If you have a question about your order / shipping time, please refer to your order confirmation that was emailed to you. Shipping estimates and tracking numbers will be auto emailed once we cut, wrap and pack your item. It's not common to return flowers, however, if you have an issue with freshness or service, please email us at westfieldflower@gmail.com.
